Some homeowners like to cover their condenser boxes in the wintertime. This can help prevent snow or ice buildup. If you do choose to do this, the best covers are those that cover only the tops of the condenser box, not the sides. By not covering the entire unit on all sides, you can allow for air circulation, which can help prevent rust or mold.
